Hi, I’m Chris.
REIGN is the consulting & creative practice of mine.
Most businesses operate on improvisation. The good ones feel different the moment you walk in.
I build systems that make organizations run with intention: staff training that builds culture, not just competence. Onboarding that feels seamless. Documentation people actually follow because it makes sense.
Experiences that are consistent every single time; not because they're rigid, but because someone thought it through before you arrived.
The work spans industries: climbing gym operations, SaaS sales infrastructure, creative direction; but the principle doesn't change.
Every system I build answers the same question: what does this feel like for the person who has to live inside it?
That question matters. Most operations are designed by the people running them. The best ones are designed for the people experiencing them.
The difference between the two answers the question of upholding a facade or trying to have something that’s built to last.
I’m also interested in making photographs. Self-portraits, portraits, & collage work.
The art & the consulting share the same demand: see what's actually there, not what's comfortable. Build from that.
They're both acts of refusing to accept things as they are when they could be what they should be. Which, makes my goal simple.
When someone walks into what you've built, everything should feel inevitable. Like it couldn't have been any other way.
That doesn't happen by accident. It happens through intention. Intention + Execution, when done right, will always stand the test of time.
The work was
transformative.
Don't take my word for it.
Completed a lead class at Velocity taught by Chris. He was an excellent instructor and taught us the safety, technical skills and real life implementation of the practice. He demonstrated professionalism and educated us while maintaining a safe and fun environment. 10/10 recommend a class with him if you're looking to take climbing to the next level.

"You acted calm and very professional while keeping it fun, interactive, and alive. Most people enter lead climbing dealing with fear. I think you did a great job handling that and helping the group face the fear and be comfortable with it."
The manager Chris has been extremely helpful with both taking feedback and fixing billing errors during my time with Velocity climbing. Extremely professional as well — not sure how much he gets paid but he needs a raise.
I've been going almost everyday during the week for months and the community feels like family. The manager Chris is also very helpful and kind which contributes to the overall positive atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend!
Probably best bouldering in all of South Florida. I went to watch the Vice City climbing comp and it has been the best local comp I've attended by a longshot. Chris the manager did an amazing job helping set everything up.
"Adam and Chris were amazing — they made the experience worthwhile."
Route setters are strong and very technical! Really great gym for bouldering too. Chris is also the best manager!
Thanks to Chris and the team for all their help with our family event! The kids and their parents had a super fun morning. Highly recommended!
Chris was super helpful and kind!
Gaby is a rockstar for working on her birthday and giving the best tour. Everybody does not hate Chris — his energy, care, and attention for everybody is unbelievable. Amazing team and spot to be at.
Best service ever, great walls to climb. Chris was super nice and trying to give the best service always. Definitely recommending to all my friends!
The staff is super friendly. Benjamin and Christopher went out of their way to make us feel part of the Velocity family.
Took a lead class with Chris — such a great instructor. Very thoughtful and reassuring. I really enjoyed going through the process with him. I'll probably want a refresher in about six months, just to make sure everything is solid knowledge-wise.
The absolute best gym in Miami. Highly recommend. Chris N is amazing!!!

"It was very thoughtful of Chris to set his own time aside after the gym closed to hold our lead class. The class was very thorough and gave me an in depth understanding of lead climbing and belaying. He took his time with each individual person to make sure everyone understood every concept. Could not recommend more."

"Hey Chris! This is Everett from the lead class the other day. Thank you again — the class was extremely informative and helpful."
Chris demonstrated a rare combination of interpersonal warmth, organizational competence, and mission-driven professionalism. He went out of his way to accommodate members and solve problems behind the scenes — most notably as the primary point of contact in establishing the Upending Parkinson's adaptive climbing program. That process involved significant logistical and administrative hurdles, and it simply would not have happened without his persistence and advocacy. He creates environments where people feel welcomed, supported, and motivated.
Chris always carries himself with a professionalism that is to be admired. He leads by example and motivates others with his genuine interest in them. I use some of his organization methods in my sales job today.

"@Christopher Nwalupue — you supported me, pushed me, taught me, and guided me into a role that helped me not just grow within the company, but as a person. I started here as someone who struggled with confrontation, starting conversation, and stepping out of my comfort zone. Looking back on it today I'm someone I wouldn't have expected to be a year ago."
