REIGN is the consulting & creative practice of mine.
I build systems that make organizations run with intention. Staff training that builds culture, onboarding that feels seamless, documentation that teams upkeep because they’re seamlessly embedded into the flow of operations.
My work spans industries: climbing gym operations, SaaS sales infrastructure, creative direction; but the principle doesn't change.
What does this feel like for the person who has to live inside it?
That question matters. In order to become the best, you have to build systems that keep the people experiencing them in mind.
Ultimately, it’s all a labor of love.
When someone walks into what you've built, everything should feel inevitable. Like it couldn't have been any other way.

Completed a lead class at Velocity taught by Chris. He was an excellent instructor and taught us the safety, technical skills and real life implementation of the practice. He demonstrated professionalism and educated us while maintaining a safe and fun environment. 10/10.
Chris demonstrated a rare combination of interpersonal warmth, organizational competence, and mission-driven professionalism. The Upending Parkinson's adaptive climbing program simply would not have happened without his persistence and advocacy.

Chris from the front desk always has a smile on his face and is continuously making himself available to assist beginners like me whenever needed. Having a professional like him take the time out of his schedule to selflessly come over and offer guidance is incredibly refreshing — and what keeps us coming back. Chris, you rock! (pun intended)

I was impressed by the improvements in customer service. Particularly Chris — that guy had a smile on all the time and was not only kind but actually helpful with climbing tips. Awesome place for beginners and advanced climbers.
